One Year
It will be one year since Greg's accident on Wednesday (7-15) We can't believe or begin to count our many blessings since. It's funny that at a time of such uncertainess, sadness and tears you can feel hope, gratitude, happiness, faith, service, compassion and overwhelming love. Greg and I often talk about the time spent in the hospital and since with good memories despite the trials. We were able to bond in a special way with our families, laugh, cry and witness miracles. We were able to become closer with our neighbors and friends. In a year a lot has happened. Greg came out of his coma needing to learn everything over again from walking, talking and eating. He improved quickly in leaps and bounds. A few weeks after leaving the hospital in August he was able to go on a hunting trip to Wyoming and shoot an antelope with his rifle. I remember the doctors talking to us about his slow recovery and hoping to make progress around Christmas time...he showed us all! He continues to do the things he loves and support our family. We are so grateful for Greg. He keeps me laughing and is a wonderful father. We were so happy to have Sam come into our family, she's our little faith builder. Greg continues to go to therapy with a great attitude (most the time) He is an amazing person and we love him so much.

I'm glad things are going much better than they were last year at this time.
Way to go Greg & Mandy! What a miracle. The slide show made me all teary eyed. I can't believe it has been one year already. That is crazy. We are excited for the FraY concert Saturday. Thanks for inviting us!
Thanks alot Mandy-you made me cry! Greg is such an inspiration. We're lucky to count you as friends:)
I have so much admiration for you and Greg and am so proud of how you have made it through these tough times. It was so much fun spending time with you, Luke and Sam in Parowan. Love you all. Cheryl
